Warranty Policy:

  • We take pride in offering a range of quality parts to meet your specific needs. Each type of quality part comes with its own replacement warranty. Please refer to the following warranty details:
    • High Quality Parts: These parts come with a 7-day replacement warranty. If you encounter any issues with the high-quality part within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement.
    • Super High Quality Parts: These parts come with a 3-month replacement warranty. If you encounter any issues with the super high-quality part within 3 months of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement.
    • Premium Quality Parts: These parts come with a 6-month replacement warranty. If you encounter any issues with the premium quality part within 6 months of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement.
  • Warranty coverage is provided for defects and malfunctions that occur under normal usage conditions. However, please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from physical or liquid damage. Any signs of physical or liquid damage, including but not limited to dents, cracks, bent pins, water damage, or any other visible damage caused by mishandling or accidents, will void the warranty.
  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team within the specified warranty period, providing detailed information about the issue and including a copy of the original purchase receipt as proof of warranty.
  • Our customer support team will assess the warranty claim and provide further instructions. If the claim is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with the return shipping address.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the defective part back to us in its original packaging or suitable packaging that ensures the part's safety during transportation.
  • Upon receiving the returned part, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the warranty conditions. If the part is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues and does not show any signs of physical or liquid damage, we will proceed with the replacement process.
  • Replacements will be provided with the same type and quality of part originally purchased, subject to availability. If the exact part is no longer available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
  • No refunds or exchanges are available for sale items.
  • For accessories, a change of mind will only be eligible for an exchange or credit note. The goods must be in resalable condition with the original packaging and all accessories included.
  • Otter Box, Speck, EFM, and LIFEPROOF accessories are eligible for exchange only, provided they are of the same specification and meet the warranty conditions. Refunds will not be issued for these accessories.
  • Pickup and delivery services are available upon request. Please contact our customer support team to arrange for this service.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your data during the repair process, Tech Resque will not be responsible for any loss of data stored on the device. We strongly recommend backing up your data before submitting your device for repair.
